Shipping, handover and payment.
Delivery method, lead time and shipping cost are checked individually after your order is received and are communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping
The TAIPAN and larger spare parts require model-specific packaging. Actual shipping cost depends in particular on destination, parcel dimensions, weight and carrier. It is therefore not calculated as a flat rate in the order form.
The order form lets you select shipping within Germany, shipping within Europe, international shipping, or pickup/personal handover by arrangement.
Lead time and availability
After receiving the order, VENTARES checks availability of the selected configuration and states the expected delivery date together with shipping cost in the order confirmation. Series production, custom configurations or RTF build service may require a different lead time.
Payment
No immediate payment is taken on the website. After the order has been reviewed, you receive the order confirmation and/or invoice with the applicable payment information. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the payment terms stated there.
