Individual confirmation
You will receive a reply with availability, estimated delivery time, shipping cost and total amount. A binding order is only created after individual confirmation.

Payment by bank transfer
The preferred payment method is advance payment by bank transfer. Payment details are provided on the invoice or order confirmation.
Delivery options
Shipping depends on destination and parcel size.
F3F model sailplanes are long, lightweight and sensitive products. Packaging and shipping must be selected carefully, especially for international shipments.

Advance payment keeps the process simple.
For the first stage, payment is normally handled by bank transfer after invoice or order confirmation. PayPal may be added later, but is not required for the initial inquiry process.

Delivery time
Delivery time is confirmed per inquiry.
Delivery time depends on product availability, production status, configuration, payment receipt, packaging and shipping route. For aircraft, realistic timing is confirmed before you commit.
